Employment

Ms. Behan is an experienced civil rights and employment litigator. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in race, gender, sexual harassment, sexual orientation and ethnicity matters. Her clients have included numerous professionals in the D.C. area as well as law firms, banking and real estate institutions. She also has litigated employment cases against the federal government. Ms. Behan currently has employment matters pending against several nationally-known corporations in the areas of race discrimination
and retaliation.
